Business Plan Scrapbook

I'm so excited to introduce to you my eWorkshop: Business Plan Scrapbook! Here's video about it:



For years I read that I should have a business plan - even for my small business. So I wrote one.

And I revised it - maybe - once a year or so. Then I put it away in a file folder.

I never wanted to get a business loan, nor did I want a government grant. I didn't need to show it to anyone and so I left it put away.

Last year wanting some clarity for my business I turned back to the idea of a business plan. I spent a lot of time on it. I knew that I didn't want to just put it away and not use it because it had a lot of valuable information in it.

That's when I came up with the idea of a business plan scrapbook! I transformed my business plan into a cute scrapbook and found that I actually used it throughout the year.

Now, you can do exactly what I did. This is great for new businesses or if you want to get really focused and grow your business. This is not, however, a business plan to share with bankers or others.
